As marketers, we are fortunate to market great companies with great ideas. This was the case with Donation Realty. While their core business was residential real estate brokerage, their business model was uniquely different. The idea behind the company was to give back and help those who are in need in their own community. So while they are pros at helping you buy or sell a house, they are heroes because they donate the proceeds to help local, charitable organizations.
For this logo project, the winning concept featured a grouping of houses along with the sun to represent a neighborhood. A unique thin typeface along with a supportive tagline completed the identity.
