Benesch is a leading, multidisciplinary engineering firm with offices throughout the United States. Benesch has played a role in shaping the nation’s infrastructure and local communities for decades. With more than 600 employees and 28 offices, Benesch is a national leader in the field of engineering.
We wanted to build a site that was fresh and modern, while highly dynamic at the same time. To accomplish this we created a beautiful, unique site design and then built the site utilizing WordPress as our CMS. Each section was custom built to allow the client to easily add fresh content and graphics.
Strategy
The primary goal for the new Benesch site was to deliver an industry-leading site that was as dynamic as possible. With so many service lines and offices, bringing fresh content to the web user was critical. We carefully crafted the site to allow our client unprecedented control without needing to know web programming. With our solution, they can easily bring the latest content, images, and graphics to the site which keeps in current and relevant. We built a custom expertise section that allows users to view the pertinent project details and applicable project imagery. An advanced side navigation, makes filtering projects a breeze.

Oracle's Taleo is their HR Platform. In order to bring a seamless user experience to their careers section, we did extensive programming within Taleo.
Acquiring top talent is critical to the success of Benesch. The website plays an important role as it often is the first point of contact with prospective employees. We built a custom careers section that highlighted the advantages of a Benesch career. Employee testimonial videos, benefits & perks, community outreach, and a photo gallery are part of the page. Integration with Oracle's Taleo HR platform provided easy access to open job postings.
