Lerch Bates is a multi-disciplinary consultancy serving the built environment throughout the world. They provide valued expertise to architects, construction professionals, building owners, real estate portfolio managers, real estate developers and property risk managers
As Lerch Bates was approaching their 75th anniversary, the company was undergoing a lot of changes due to two significant acquisitions. As a bigger company, they needed a fresh new brand to fully communicate their product lines and to unite employees together under one cohesive brand.
Overview
Our work with Lerch Bates was extensive including logo development, branding, messaging and web development. Our first initiative with Lerch Bates was to develop a new logo. An integral part of the project was to keep the LB logomark as part of the solution. We created a more modern version of the LB and introduced a fresh new typeface along with a new color palette.
Along with a brand standards manual, we developed a messaging framework that helped employees consistently communicate the value that Lerch Bates provides for all service lines. We designed and produced a variety of marketing pieces including capabilities decks, service line brochures, print ads, social media graphics, PowerPoint templates and more.
To complement the new logo and branding, a custom-built WordPress website was designed and built to clearly communicate the advantages, service lines and values of Lerch Bates.
