The companies of AV Logistics and C&K Trucking have a long history with their customers. When Medlog acquired them in 2023, there was natural concern regarding how the acquisition would change the company’s culture, service offerings, and customer service. Our challenge was to introduce the Medlog brand internally and externally and to strategically communicate that the people they come to know and trust are still there under the umbrella of the Medlog brand.
While the Medlog brand was already established in other countries, it was new to the United States market. We were building the U.S. brand from the ground up. We took a methodical approach to convert all the assets we developed as part of AV Logistics and C&K Trucking to the new Medlog USA brand. We also designed and produced new marketing assets that clearly communicated the value the new company provided to customers.
Our role as brand builders was to quickly create and launch a cohesive brand that adhered to Medlog International’s brand standards. Methodically, we converted existing brand assets and introduced new branding tools that could be used by leadership, marketing and sales to introduce the brand.
To convey their service offerings and key differentiators to target audiences, we designed and produced capabilities decks for each division. We also developed a deck for Medlog USA that provides an overview of the organization. Along with the decks, we used email and social media to communicate critical brand information, sales-related offerings, and other Medlog-related news. Lastly, we regularly published long-format eblasts to internal and external audiences.
A custom-built WordPress website was designed and built to introduce Medlog USA to the market. This website features a beautiful design and the latest web technologies. This website was officially replaced in the fall of 2024, when Medlog International launched a new US website as part of a company-wide initiative.
